For our Swedish subsidiary SRS Sjölanders AB with location in the DACH region, we have an immediate opening for a:



  • developing and implementing the sales strategy for the German-speaking light rail market of road-rail vehicles
  • generating profitable and sustainable growth with road-rail vehicles in the designated countries
  • contributing market intelligence through your individual expertise
  • managing a close relationship with the designated customer peer group and analyzing trends in close collaboration with the business development team
  • preparing the yearly sales budget for the assigned sales region based on developed market potential


  • an excellent sales professional with a track record in the railway industry
  • familiar with railway construction machines, ideally road-rail vehicles
  • a proven expert in market penetration 
  • fluent in English and German and have a high level of technical understanding
  • familiar with state-of-the art means of communication, such as web conferences and conference call systems
  • willing to travel within your designated sales region and to the Swedish head office of SRS
