Commercial Director and Head of Sales and Marketing (f/m/x)

For our subsidiary GRAW Sp. z o.o., in Gliwice, Poland, we have an immediate opening for a:



  • Be the Business Head of the company, develop global sales and customer relations
  • Ensure smooth functioning of the company’s business activities in the area of commercial project management as well as administrative and support functions for Finance & Controlling, Human Resources, IT/ERP and Procurement/Purchasing
  • Build up and execute together with technical management “state of the art” tenders, offers & order processes, including costing, pricing and definition of terms & conditions
  • Manage contract negotiations, costing, contracting, payment and milestone management and project controlling
  • Establish and develop project and production controlling
  • Ensure accurate reporting on all financial and commercial aspects of the business
  • Provide continuous support for the Managing Director in the cross-functional further development of the company’s profitability


  • Hands-on Commercial Manager with strong skills in sales, negotiations and controlling expertise as well as with comprehensive cross-functional expertise, from offers to orders and cash process management
  • University degree in business administration / economics or qualifications as industrial engineer
  • Experience with international industrial and technical projects
  • At least 8 years of experience heading commercial departments, in finance & accounting and administrative functions, Human Resources, IT-administration and procurement
  • ERP user experience, Navision preferred
  • Strong leadership skills and track record
  • Very strong conceptual and structured thinking
  • Experience working within international structures
